Ursa Major Awards voting deadline is MARCH 23
The Ursa Major Awards feature the furry fandom’s favorite media published in the past year. Anyone in the community is welcome to vote for movies, short films, series, novels, short fiction, nonfiction, comics, games, websites, magazines, illustrations, music, and more…
You only have until March 23 so go to the voting page and do it now!
For nonfiction, please consider The Furry Detectives: Unmasking a Monster. This TV docuseries is a result of 7 years of investigation here. The show won critical acclaim and positive reporting from Time, Yahoo Entertainment, and more, for putting an honest spotlight on problem-solving by and for the community. It’s very unusual to have true crime documentary on the list, which is already an accomplishment after attempts to suppress uncomfortable truth. It’s a sign of caring about justice and putting priority on voiceless victims above selective PR. And for those ready to experience intense storytelling it is excellent media.
